1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing TensorSave (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by the TensorSave Team (“we”, “us”). You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication; administrators may require it.

3. User content & submissions

You retain ownership of the offers, comments, ratings and other content you submit (“Content”). By submitting Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and distribute it as part of operating the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit your Content, including any authorization to promote the referenced merchant offers. Submissions are reviewed by moderators; approval is not an endorsement. We may edit, reject, hide or remove Content at our discretion.

• No spam, scraping-fed bulk submissions, or misleading pricing.
• No illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content; no malware or phishing links.
• Merchant links must point to the actual offer; referral parameters we append must not be removed by circumvention.

4. Deals & merchants — no liability

TensorSave aggregates and lists third-party promotional offers. We do not sell, fulfill, warrant or process payment for any merchant offer, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

Prices, terms and availability are provided by submitters or merchants and may change without notice. “Verified” status reflects only our administrative review of submitted information at a point in time; always confirm offer details on the merchant's official site before purchasing.

5. API & programmatic access

API keys and MCP access are provided for convenient, lawful use of the Service. Do not exceed published rate limits, resell raw data, or use programmatic access to spam, scrape for competing datasets, or circumvent moderation.

6. Termination & changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TENSORSAVE TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT OFFER. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 50.
